My ode to President Bush

sung to the flock of seagulls hit, "I ran (so far away)"

I walked along the avenue.
I never thought I’d invade a place like you;
invade a place like you.
With lots of sand and lots of oil

That kind of stuff makes me want to invade you
Make me want to invade you

And Iran, you’re so far away.
I just say Iran, we’re bombing you today.
You can not get away.
A mushroom cloud appears above, yer dead;
A beam of radiation comes down on you,
coming down on you.
The cloud is moving nearer still.
Those Evil-doers comes in view;
evil doers comes in view.

And Iran, you’re so far away.
I just say Iran, we’re bombing you today.
You can not get away.
Opened up my eyes to see you there;
You’re quickly disappearing from my view;
Disappearing from my view.
Reached out a hand to poke around

But it’s me who’s floating in a mushroom cloud, not you;
I’m in mushroom cloud, not you.

I screwed up. I screwed up so damn bad
I screwed up. I screwed up once again
And I screwed up so damn bad.
I just screwed up
I screwed up once again.

I sent the bomb to Washington.
